Bella's Journal June 18th & 21st 2013

  We went home and took the pregnancy test the next morning. It was positive! These journal entries pick up where I left off.
We started a journal for Bella so she would have a book of Our viewpoint from the outside. Love notes from mom and dad. A journal felt intimate. We wanted her to have this to read when she was older. Little did we know how priceless this really would be. Here we are with the only record of her time here on earth. So precious! Here are the 1st & 2nd entries typed as they were written. June 18th 2013 from Mama

Little One, 

       Today is day 1 of knowing that you are inside of me for sure. Last night your father and I took a test a pregnancy test. We bought it at the Grocery Outlet after your father picked me up from the airport. I was in Florida the last 10 days at an Avatar course called Integrity. I spent the whole time I was there "knowing" you were there. I could feel all the changes in my body. I felt warmer, different. I could feel your energy, specifically near the right side of my belly. I talked to you and even sang to you. I still do! I sang the song to you last night and your father. He loved it. It was the first time he'd heard it. I can feel your essence. It's like you are coming nearer each day. I love you.

Ciao little one, 

Today your heart is starting to beat, somewhere around 160 beats per minute. I am excited to meet you. Right now you're the size of a lentil, you have doubled in size in one week good job! How's it going in there? I think you are also starting to grow your legs and your arms now as well. Mother and I have been reading up on baby names and how to nourish you. You are in good hands, we want you to be strong and healthy and loved. We told our families about you and they are very excited as well. Mother has calculated your due date to be February 14th, 2014 which is Valentines Day and also the Wizards Course. So that makes you a loving Wizard! I want to be the best dad that a dad can be. Thank you for inspiring me to grow and stretch. I'll be seeing you in about 34 weeks from today. Take care in there. Love you mille!
